General: Before placing your order or bid, please make sure that the item is legal to own in your state, city and/or county. We are not be responsible for any returns due to non-compliance. Customers will incur a 25% restocking fee if an item is returned to us due to state, city and/or county non-compliance issues. Our listing pictures may be of previously acquired firearms, ammo, or accessories so you may not get the exact item that is pictured. For more information on any of our listings you are welcome to ask us or refer to the manufacturer’s website for additional details. We adhere to the factory warranty of all the items we sell. Before purchasing, please understand the warranty policy issued by the manufacturer. If there is an issue with your firearm or accessory which falls under the manufacturer’s warranty, we will be happy to assist with getting a warranty claim filed for your item. Our shipment processing time is usually 1-2 business days from the time payment and FFL are received. Orders placed Friday – Sunday will not be processed until Monday. To ensure the fastest shipment, please have your FFL for your order readily available via GunBroker or have your preferred FFL holder send us a copy as soon as the order is placed. FFL’s received after 12 pm EST will not go into the shipping queue until the following business day.

Firearm Policy: We DO NOT accept returns on firearms. This includes manufacturer defects, buyer’s remorse, or any other issue with the purchase. We only accept returns when the firearm is not as described in the listing; in that case, we will refund the buyer fully and pay for return shipping for the firearm. Please inspect your firearm at your FFL prior to taking ownership. If there are any defects with the firearm, please notify us immediately so that we can assist you getting the issue resolved in a timely manner. Once a firearm is transferred to the customer, we will not accept any returns, at that point we can only help facilitate a warranty repair if qualified. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the firearm they would like to purchase is legal to own in their respective state and city/county. In the event a firearm is returned to us due to non-compliance, a 25% restocking fee will be incurred and reflected in the refund to the card used to complete the original purchase. If you have any questions on state compliance, please consult with your local preferred FFL dealer to ensure the legality of the firearm.

Ammunition Policy: We adhere to current laws for each state. If your state requires an FFL for shipment, please use the premises address when checking out for your shipping address. We will not ship until the FFL is received. For other states that require an FIOD Card or Permit to carry, please email us a copy with your state I.D. that matches the shipping address. Orders that fall into this category will not ship until it has met these requirements.

Accessory Policy: Please ensure that the accessory you are purchasing is designed for the application you intend to use it in/on. We only accept returns on accessories if it is unused and still in the original packaging up to 30 days from the shipment date of the initial purchase. A 25% restocking fee is applied to any accessory returned to us once it has been shipped.

Outside the Lower 48 and Territories: Our shipping costs are valid for Lower 48 state addresses only. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii and any U.S. Territories must contact us prior to placing an order/bid to receive a custom shipping quote via USPS or UPS, depending on the item.

Payment: We do not offer Layaway. We accept payment by credit card.

Local Pickup: We offer local pickup by appointment only. If you would like to set up a local pickup after you have placed your order, please email or call us to set up an appointment and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule. Upon pickup of your order, the shipping charge you incurred will be refunded to the card used to make your original purchase.

Email Policy: We record the email address for every transaction that we conduct The email address entered for billing information will be used to send out tracking information as well as promotional deals, some of which can only be redeemed directly through us. Promotions may include discounts on future orders or product price reductions we have selected for the week. Email addresses that we have collected will not be given out to 3rd party companies and will be for our use only.

NOTICE! During the holiday season we see an abnormal amount of USPS shipments being delayed in comparison to UPS. Please keep in mind, by selecting USPS as a shipping method you are acknowledging that your order may experience extended transit times. We offer UPS as another option if you would like to have more assurance that your order will arrive in a timely manner.
